About Vani International School
Vani International School was established in the year 2013 with Classes I, II and III. The school is managed by Meenakshi Ammal Trust. Tmt. Meenakshi Ammal is the Chair person, Mr.A.N. Radhakrishnan is the Managing Trustee and Tmt. Gomathi Ammal is the Correspondent of the school. The school is affiliated to CBSE-i, New Delhi. The team of well qualified and trained teaching staff is headed by the Principal Dr. Aruna Appasamy and the Vice Principal Ms. Vidyavathi.
The year 2014 saw the addition of three more classes, IV to VI. The strength of the school in 2013 was 36, but in 2014 it rose to 90. The CBSE-i curriculum insists on Inter disciplinary approach to the learning of subjects. Blooms Taxonomy underlines the learning experience provided to the students for every concept. The experiential curriculum of CBSE-i leads to the growth of students’ personality as a whole.
The class rooms are air conditioned with projector and smart board and wifi facility. The student computer ratio is 2:1 as per the norms of the board. The colourful classrooms are much loved by the students. The school emphasizes curriculum implementation as per the Board as a whole.
News & Events
CBSE-International Curriculum Faculty Training Program
was held at our school campus on 19.03.2013 and 20.03.2013. The CBSE-I teachers all over India came down to Vani Vidyalaya for the training programme.
The school was inaugurated by Tmt. Gomathi Ammal, the Correspondent and Dr.G.Ra.Gokul on 19.06.2013.
Independence Day was celebrated in our school campus on 15.08.2013. Students of Grade III gave a speech on ‘Other countries Independence’.
Traffic Rules Activity
SEWA activity on traffic rules was held at our school campus on 27.10.2013. Awareness about the traffic rules was made by the students through speech, enactment, mime etc.

managed by Meenakshi Ammal Trust celebrated its First Annual Day on 15th February 2014.
SEWA activity on cleanliness was held at our school campus on 01.10.2013. The importance of clean environment was explained through action and work of the students.
